- Account Creation
Employers must provide accurate business and billing information when registering. - Job Posting
Employers may post job listings subject to approval. Listings must be accurate, non-discriminatory, and compliant with applicable laws. - Fees and Payments
If applicable, employers agree to pay charges for premium listings or featured ads. Payment terms will be specified during checkout. - Candidate Data
Employers must treat all candidate data in accordance with data protection laws. Misuse of personal data is prohibited. - Prohibited Use
Employers must not use the platform to promote illegal, misleading, or offensive roles or services. - Liability
Roman Jobs is not responsible for the actions or suitability of candidates. - Termination
