    Employers must provide accurate business and billing information when registering.
  2. Job Posting
    Employers may post job listings subject to approval. Listings must be accurate, non-discriminatory, and compliant with applicable laws.
  3. Fees and Payments
    If applicable, employers agree to pay charges for premium listings or featured ads. Payment terms will be specified during checkout.
  4. Candidate Data
    Employers must treat all candidate data in accordance with data protection laws. Misuse of personal data is prohibited.
  5. Prohibited Use
    Employers must not use the platform to promote illegal, misleading, or offensive roles or services.
  6. Liability
    Roman Jobs is not responsible for the actions or suitability of candidates.
  7. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or remove employer accounts that violate these terms.
