About the Role

Shift pattern Monday to Friday three and a half hours per day

Your key responsibilities include

• Assisting with administration duties within cleaning and facilities management
• Answering telephone enquiries and leaving clear written messages for the relevant person
• Recording holiday sickness and other absences for the team
• Using Microsoft Word and Excel confidently and helping to develop spreadsheets and documents
• Ordering stationery in line with stock levels and cost control
• Carrying out general cleaning of the offices
• Producing quality professional signage when required
• Filing and maintaining all invoices and receipts
• Ensuring staff complete and sign training forms as directed by management
• Inputting stock information and managing reports for month end
• Taking minutes at meetings typing notes and filing them appropriately

Ideal Candidate

• Maintains a clean professional appearance in line with the company uniform policy and personal hygiene standards
• Ensures full compliance with client company and legal requirements including health and safety regulations proper display of notices and accurate reporting of first aid incidents accidents and near misses
• Notifies management promptly of any discrepancies or issues found during end of day procedures
• Assists with ordering and managing office supplies and documentation as directed by management
• Upholds required standards of service delivery reporting and addressing any deficiencies immediately
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet operational needs of the cleaning facility
