This role sits within our Aviation & Gateway division providing facilities services for airlines and airports including assistance for passengers with reduced mobility porterage cleaning security and baggage screening services aircraft secure cabin cleaning security services and immigration presentation services to a wide range of prestigious clients in the Aviation & Gateway market.
About the Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Your key responsibilities include:
• Lead and manage the required quality and compliance across the PRM contract at Edinburgh Airport by engaging with the different operational work streams and reporting to the Station Manager
• Maintain monitor and review health and safety policies practices and procedures across the PRM operation working closely with the Station Manager to ensure consistent standards and compliance in all processes
• Lead develop and maintain a positive relationship that benefits airlines and their passengers ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and attendance at all stakeholder meetings
• Ensure that efficient processes and procedures are maintained to meet industry client and corporate standards
• Identify and actively support the development of talent and succession for key roles promoting a culture of upskilling and training for interested staff
• Ensure that staff are engaged and that open two way communication channels are created delivered and sustained across the business area
Ideal Candidate
• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Excellent communicator able to interact effectively and professionally with people at all levels including those with disabilities and from diverse backgrounds
• Disability confident approach when assisting PRMs
• Caring thoughtful and empathetic personality
• Ability to speak read and write English effectively
• Proficient with computers and IT systems
