About the Role
Fixed-term contract until 31 July 2025
Three hours per day, Monday to Friday (total 15 hours per week). A permanent position may become available at the end of the term.
You will help keep the premises clean, hygienic and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors as required
• Wipe doors, shelves, seating, handrails and other surfaces
• Keep all areas free from litter at all times
• Clean and restock public toilets and circulation areas
• Deal promptly with any spillages to maintain a safe environment
Ideal Candidate
• Right to Work in the UK
• Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
• Cleaning experience welcomed but full training provided
• Basic understanding of COSHH and health-and-safety practices desirable
