About the Role

Coordinate and motivate the on-site cleaning team while performing core cleaning duties and acting as first point of contact for the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client / manager contact on site

  • Lead and work alongside the cleaning team to meet daily standards

  • Induct, train and keep accurate training records for new staff

  • Ensure safe systems of work and method statements are followed

Ideal Candidate

  • Right to Work in the UK

  • Proven people-management or team-coordination skills

  • Experience in commercial cleaning or transferable facilities skills

  • Working knowledge of COSHH and health-and-safety compliance

  • Confident in training and inducting colleagues
