About the Role
Coordinate and motivate the on-site cleaning team while performing core cleaning duties and acting as first point of contact for the client.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary client / manager contact on site
Lead and work alongside the cleaning team to meet daily standards
Induct, train and keep accurate training records for new staff
Ensure safe systems of work and method statements are followed
Ideal Candidate
Right to Work in the UK
Proven people-management or team-coordination skills
Experience in commercial cleaning or transferable facilities skills
Working knowledge of COSHH and health-and-safety compliance
Confident in training and inducting colleagues
