Role Review
Joining a small daytime team, you will maintain offices, corridors and shared spaces in a busy Huddersfield site. Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will follow a two-hour schedule each shift, focusing on high-touch areas and keeping the environment safe, hygienic and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
Tidy desks and reception areas; empty bins and remove recycling.
Vacuum, sweep and damp-mop hard-surface and carpeted floors.
Wipe high-contact surfaces such as doors, worktops and handrails.
Replenish consumables (soap, paper products) and report low stock.
Complete daily cleaning checklists and basic health-and-safety records.
Offer polite assistance to staff or visitors when required.
Ideal Candidate
Right to work: You must have legal permission to work in the UK.
Experience: Commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not essential (full training provided).
Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent results.
Ability to work to a fixed schedule with minimal supervision.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude and good communication skills.
