About the Role
Reporting to the Reward Pension and Benefits Manager you will administer a wide range of benefit and pension schemes for OCS Group UK Ltd.
Key responsibilities
Pensions
• Understand pension auto enrolment legislation and handle related queries
• Reconcile monthly pension contribution files and submit them to providers
• Monitor pension opt outs and opt ins and take appropriate action
• Issue statutory pension letters to employees
• Submit starter leaver and change forms to providers throughout the year
• Complete pension end of year forms in line with provider deadlines
• Assist with Admitted Body Status applications
Benefits
• Add starters and remove leavers from schemes such as private medical insurance life assurance accident at work group income protection dental plans
• Help with annual renewals by preparing employee data for providers
• Assess and approve cycle to work applications and advise unsuccessful applicants
• Administer non cash vouchers for PAYE Settlement Agreement records
• Run ad hoc benefit campaigns such as Tastecard
• Prepare and check data for P11D reporting
• Administer the health cash plan scheme
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience in an administrative role
• Thorough knowledge of pension auto enrolment legislation
• CIPP qualification desirable but equivalent experience considered
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong written oral and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and Outlook
• Intermediate Excel skills desirable including v look ups sumif statements and pivot tables
• Ability to perform manual calculations for pension auto enrolment and NIC Class 1a
• Team player with a customer focused approach
• Flexible positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High integrity confidentiality and discretion with solid GDPR understanding
