About the Role
Shift pattern Saturday to Thursday 22 00 to 03 00
We are recruiting a dedicated Catering Assistant to support our night catering operation. You will deliver outstanding food and drink service to clients and site visitors.
Key responsibilities
• Support all catering tasks in the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Assist with food and drink service during operational hours
• Maintain hygiene documentation and complete basic administration
• Replenish stock and store deliveries correctly

• Commitment to achieving the highest standards
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Food handling certificate welcomed but full training can be provided
• Self driven reliable and eager to learn
