About the Role

Key responsibilities
• Resolve queries promptly and courteously
• Carry out patrols efficiently and effectively
• Issue penalty charge notices to vehicles parked in contravention of restrictions and record verbal warnings issued to motorists
• Check parking equipment is working correctly and report defects without delay
• Respond to public enquiries promptly and politely
Ideal Candidate
• Right to Work in the UK
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Computer-literate and able to remain calm during conflict
• Polite, credible and confident when dealing with the public
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
